Research Based and USA Manufactured

For decades, our head support systems have helped physicians, radiologists, and clinical teams achieve secure positioning, open airway access, and improved patient comfort in prone procedures where alignment matters most.

Our flagship products: the Osborne Headrest and the Duncan Headrest were developed to solve real clinical positioning challenges and remain trusted by medical professionals for their proven design, durability, and ease of use.

The Osborne Head Support System, originally developed by Dr. Dennis Osborne of Duke University Medical Center, was introduced in peer-reviewed neuroradiology literature in 1983 as an innovative prone head positioning system for myelographic and CT examinations. Its adjustable support design improved positioning precision, patient comfort, airway access, and procedural control setting a new standard for prone head support systems that continues today.

Both the Osborne and Duncan systems are supported by published clinical research, patented design innovation, and decades of real-world procedural use. Here are some of the medical papers using our products.
